Melanie Lewis-Yribar is an internationally respected performer, choreographer, and movement coach whose career spans world tours, film, television, and live stage productions. She has performed with and helped train artists such as Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, Julianne Hough, Katharine McPhee, and Britney Spears, among many others. She served as an associate choreographer and appeared onscreen in the film Burlesque, and later became the creative director and choreographer for Sabrina Carpenter’s Summer DeTour, while also working as a movement coach on multiple music videos.

Melanie is also highly sought after in the film world, having personally coached A-list actors including Jennifer Aniston, Kristen Bell, Ben Stiller, and Tom Cruise, helping them feel confident, natural, and expressive on camera. Her range is vast, covering rock, hip hop, swing, salsa, corporate events, world tours, and film and television. Whether sultry and sophisticated or unapologetically high-energy hip hop, Melanie delivers with precision and power.

Up until the pandemic, she continued performing as a resident choreographer on Cher’s sold-out Here We Go AgainWorld Tour from 2018 to 2020. She was the principal choreographer for Step One Dance Company with Holland America Cruise Line and co-choreographer of Los Angeles’ buzz-worthy burlesque-go-go show Cherry Boom Boom.
