About Kelby Fisher

Lyrical

Kelby Fisher, originally from Carlsbad, California, began dancing at the age of two. She trained for over a decade at Evolution Dance Center in Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Tap, and more. She earned her BFA in Dance from the University of California, Irvine, graduating with multiple arts scholarships and recognition for excellence in performance. UCI provided the opportunity to perform in works by world-renowned choreographers and form her own style through various choreographic projects.

Following her undergraduate studies, Kelby signed with the Movement Talent Agency and moved to Los Angeles where she continues to train and work in various professional settings. Notably becoming a member of He(art), a Los Angeles based dance company led by Matthew Fata. Additionally, Kelby travels to choreograph and teach for studios across the country. She is beyond grateful to now pass her love of dance on to the next generation of artists.

Hollywood Connection was one of the first conventions Kelby attended. Beginning as a dancer in the Co-Star room, then joining the inaugural year of Hollywood Connection’s Teen Company program in 2018. After two incredible years in the program, she was asked to join HC as a PRO Assistant. Throughout her time working at HC, Kelby has assisted and choreographed for the ICON numbers, the PRO Assistants, and the Broadway Babies program. Eight-year-old Co-Star Kelby would not believe where this journey has taken her. She is beyond excited to move into this new role and officially be on faculty with Hollywood Connection as the lyrical teacher. She can’t wait to dance with you!
